**  Confederate statue in Hemming Park causing angst; some support moving it.  )Jacksonville, Florida)  (Loss)   It was renamed Hemming Park in 1899 after Confederate veteran Charles C. Hemming installed the 62-foot Confederate monument.  (1.54 acres)

**  Protest Held Outside Gathering of Confederate Descendants.  (South Carolina)  (Loss)  The South Carolina Division of the SCV was holding an annual conference.  Thirty-five people protested peacefully, even though the descendants kept their flags inside the building.
