**  Battle over Confederate Monuments Continues  (New Orleans)  (Loss)  New Orleans plans to take the Confederate monuments down in two months.

Until the city shames itself as they plan, New Orleans will continue to be capitalized.  Once down, the city goes to lower case (n)ew (o)rleans like its sister shamed city of (l)ouisville.  Plus, I intend to have my own little boycott, even though I really like New Orleans.
