**  Rockville Leaders Vote 4-1, Against Confederate Soldier Move.  (Maryland) (Win)  Moving it from the Montgomery County Courthouse.

**  Confederate bill rejected.  (Virginia)  (Loss)  The Senate Transportation Committee voted 6-3 against putting the flag back on the Sons of Confederate Veterans license plates.  Of course, probably fortunate for SCV as the BLM folks might attack them physically or spray paint vehicles with it.

**  Senator Marlon Kimpson introduces bill to remove Confederate Flag from Citadel Chapel.  (South Carolina)  (Loss)  State Senator Kimpson is black.
