They Admitted To It

I enjoyed the History Channel's remake of "Roots."  It is a story of one family's overcoming the horrible slavery system.  They survived, despite all kinds of hardship.

However, on the special about the making of it, I believe it was called "The Vision" or something like that, they had a historian actually say that the majority of Africans sold into slavery were sold by other Africans.  The show alluded to it with Africans in canoes with captives heading to the coast to sell them to Europeans and Northerners.

I was shocked that someone finally came out and said it.
